About the Instructor: Kanjin Cederman

Kanjin Cederman is a Buddhist priest and teacher associated with the Enkyoji Buddhist tradition. He began his monastic training in the Chinese Tien Tai tradition and later moved to Toronto, where he studied under Tsukamoto Shonin of the Nichiren Shu tradition. Over many years, Rev. Cederman has deepened his understanding and practice of Buddhist teachings.

As head priest and guide in the Enkyoji Buddhist community, he brings both ritual training and lived experience to his teaching. His style emphasizes bridging traditional Buddhist ideas with modern life in an accessible, respectful way.
