Four Dharmas of Gampopa དྭགས་པོ་ཆོས་བཞི།
Grant your blessing so that
my mind may turn towards the Dharma.
༈ བློ་ཆོས་སུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །
Grant your blessing so that
Dharma may progress along the path.
ཆོས་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །
Grant your blessing so that
the path may clarify confusion.
ལམ་འཁྲུལ་བ་ཞིག་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །
Grant your blessing so that
confusion may dawn as wisdom.
འཁྲུལ་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སུ་འཆར་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །

The Four Metaphors: Noble one,
Think of yourself as someone who is sick,
Of the Dharma as the remedy,
Of your spiritual teacher as a skilful doctor,
And of diligent practice as the way to recovery.

The Four Noble Truths འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི།
1. The existence of suffering སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་བདེན་པ།
2. The origin of suffering ཀུན་འབྱུང་བའི་བདེན་པ།
3. The cessation of suffering འགོག་པའི་བདེན་པ།
4. The path to the cessation of suffering ལམ་གྱི་བདེན་པ

The Four Immeasurables ཚད་མེད་བཞི།
1. Equanimity བཏང་སྙོམས།
2. Love བྱམས་པ།
3. Compassion སྙིང་རྗེ།
4. Joy དགའ་བ།

The Four Extremes མཐའ་བཞི།
1. Existence ཡོད་མཐའ།
2. Non-Existence མེད་མཐའ།
3. Both Existence and Non-Existence ཡོད་མེད་མཐའ།
4. Neither Existence nor Non-Existence ཡོད་མེད་མིན།

The Four Classes of Tantra རྒྱུད་སྡེ་བཞི།
1. Kriya Tantra (Action Tantra) བྱ་བའི་རྒྱུད།
2. Charya Tantra (Performance Tantra) སྤྱོད་པའི་རྒྱུད།
3. Yoga Tantra རྣལ་འབྱོར་རྒྱུད།
